Readiness assessment

The assessment scores six dimensions using four questions each. Answers map from 1 to 5 and normalize to a 0–100 dimension score. The overall score is an unweighted average.

This structure is deliberately simple. It is useful for reflection, but it has not been validated as a psychometric instrument and should not be used to rank candidates.

  • Production engineering
  • Systems and integration
  • AI and data fluency
  • Customer judgment
  • Scoping ambiguity
  • Deployment ownership

JD analyzer

The MVP uses a documented keyword and phrase ruleset. It scores production, customer, post-sale, pre-sales, AI, infrastructure, travel, and support signals. The classifier then applies visible thresholds to propose a role archetype.

Every result exposes source sentences and confidence. A job title is never treated as sufficient evidence.

Known limitations

Self-reports can be optimistic. Job descriptions can omit important work. Keywords can appear in negative or incidental contexts. Different companies use the same title differently.
